How can we navigate complexity together?

Visualizations help us to extend our minds and share our visions. A shared cognitive space grants everyone instant access to the same shared information and enables all to navigate complexity together.

We conduct workshops and remote deep dives with collaborative mappings that go beyond post-its and flipcharts. Everyone can view, participate and comment on the mappings and all results are constantly documented, structured and edited from session to session.

moderation + editing

Each session is prepared with the creation of a dedicated diagrammatic library, serving as a base for further refinement and decision-making, and run by an operator who produces, structures and edits the collective results.The archiving of workshop timelines supports project documentation.

strategy cube

Our Strategy Cube creates an actual shared cognitive space and enables new ways of collective thinking and mind-mapping beyond post-its and flip-charts. This Immersive, collaborative and productive workshop setting helps participants to structure their visions and ideas in co-creative strategy processes.

The Strategy Cube consists of three continuously evolving canvas projections and is updated in real time by a dedicated operator. The operator uses basic diagrammatic forms and color codes from 25A0’s Strategic Mapping methods to guarantee intuitive productivity from the very beginning. The three canvases can be applied to different segments of the workshops, such as retrospective, introspective and roadmap, keeping all information visible to everyone all the time.

We currently work on a mobile version of the cube to be temporarily installed at client or offsite locations.
